CMCC 08

Fun in the mud with all our new friends.

Thanks to GCLCNY for another successful CMCC.

It was great to meet everyone!

Made in the USA

I personally make my products right here in the USA, from parts, coatings, hardware and materials manufactured in the USA, obtained locally whenever possible.

60 Series Transfer Skid

Working on a real transfer skid for the 60s. Tested the prototype at CMCC and it worked like a charm.

New 60 Series Lid Construction

And this time it works great!

Passes all my strength tests. Makes production quicker for me, and increases accuracy for you.

80 Series Tailgates Are Finally here.

80 lids are finally developed and underway!

As are some stickers. :-)

New Latch Options
I’ve been able to put together 3 different latch options.

Grip Plastic

My plastic supplier has a new marine grade plastic with a grip texture and a surface treatment to provide good traction.

The primary advantage of this is for my canine customers.

Grip Plastic

I now have the grip plastic option ready to go.

It will be a $15 add-on option for all the tailgates, recommended if you have dogs that use the tailgate as an entrance.

ON THE ROAD!!!!

Out on the road again, heading out to explore OR and WA this time and do some “product testing” (we will call it that so it’s a business expense) :-)

EVERYTHING WAGONGEAR IS ON HOLD!

Replacement Side Panels

I have been working on side panels for those who are not looking for a storage access door.

Take a look the progress and let me know what you think.

Back In The Shop!

And working on powder-coating for all the WagonGear stuff.

This is going to mean a $15 increase on all the frames though.

Weigh in with your opinions in my new forum on Ih8mud.

Also note, I’ve been able to work out a better rate on the heavy stainless compression latches, down to $45ea from $65.

New Standard Latch
Taking latch matters into my own hands and having a new latch put into production specifically for our storage panels.

If you have the original plastic latches these are a great upgrade.Latch_Options.html

T-Shirts!

I’ve been asked for a WagonGear T one too many times, finally been able to arrange for a batch.
