Skid Plate Prototype

Necessity is the mother of invention.....

Here’s the deal, I can make these, but they are still not an ideal solution. I think the best option is to find a local fab shop that can bend up a combination tube/plate skid for your application.

I searched high and low for a bolt on skid for my truck, had no interest in building one, but I ended up having to.

It works great, but I don’t think it’s the slickest design.

If you want one, it will cost $175, powder coated, plus shipping.

I can only gauruntee that they will fit late model (long transmission) 60 series Land Cruisers.

I do not think it will work on the 62.
